The Great Lakes Carriage Classic gathers seasoned whips and curious newcomers for a friendly, small town weekend near Hamilton. Park your RV close to the action at Ancaster Fairgrounds and turn a day at the show into a relaxed, unforgettable getaway.
Wonderful experience. Arthur had every detail covered for the trailer drop off/pick up and went the extra mile to hook up a generator for a very hot weekend. The trailer was perfect. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Ancaster Fairgrounds, Hamilton, ON, CA
Most RV renters reach Jerseyville by taking Highway 403 into Hamilton, then connecting toward Ancaster before following local roads out to Trinity Road South. From the Greater Toronto Area, the drive typically runs about an hour along the QEW and Highway 403, giving you plenty of time to settle your RV before the gates open. Once you reach Ancaster, watch for signage directing show traffic off Trinity Road South into the Ancaster Fairgrounds, where the Agricultural Event Centre and main show ring sit just past the entrance. The approach roads are wide, rural routes that are comfortable for larger rigs, though it is smart to take turns onto Trinity Road slowly given the mix of farm and show traffic. Fairground staff typically direct RVs to designated parking or overnight sites once you arrive, so follow their guidance rather than parking along the road. With the venue just southwest of Hamilton, it is an easy, mostly highway drive that gets your RV parked and ready well before the first classes begin.
