We rented La Casa for a long trip from Ontario across to Atlantic Canada with our Great Dane, and it delivered exactly as described. As first time RV renters, we appreciated how responsive Mike was throughout, quick to answer every question and genuinely supportive of us learning the ropes. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and suited our needs perfectly across thousands of kilometres. We would rent La Casa again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.
As expected from a Superhost May was excellent to deal with. All inquiries were responded within minutes. Very happy with the info we were given when we picked the RV up. The RV was well equipped and immaculate. Easy to drive and super comfortable.

Robert was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time for delivery. He went above and beyond to fix a water pressure issue and brought the table that was missing for camper. The camper was clean and had the essentials that were noted in the ad. If you have kids and are planning to use the DVD part, bring your own, as the selection is small. We would gladly rent from him again.
