He was incredibly patient and never hesitated to answer our questions, even when we asked the same ones more than once. Our family, including our four kids, had an amazing 7-night trip. The RV was spacious, comfortable, and had more than enough room for everyone. Adding a bike rack to the back turned out to be one of the best decisions, as it gave the kids the freedom to enjoy biking at every campsite. Everything in the RV worked perfectly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Another friend family on this trip rented a different RV from another host, and it really highlighted the value of paying a little extra for a well-maintained RV and a host who truly cares. The peace of mind and overall experience were well worth it.
