Best time to visit La Mauricie National Park

Summer months from June through August offer warm weather, fully open facilities, and ideal conditions for hiking, canoeing, and kayaking on the park's lakes. Late September and early October provide cooler temperatures, stunning fall colours, and fewer crowds during the shoulder season. Winter visitors can enjoy cross-country skiing on 80 kilometres of groomed trails and snowshoeing, though traditional RV camping is not available—the park offers oTENTik glamping tents and limited accommodations during winter months.
