The nearest commercial airport is Bakersfield Meadows Field, roughly 80 miles to the southeast. Critical RV restriction: the park enforces a strict 30-foot maximum RV length; larger rigs are not permitted at Ricardo Campground. Highway 14 is a well-maintained two-lane road with no major weight restrictions, though winter weather can occasionally impact road conditions.
