Great communication sustained throughout from reservation, delivery, inspection, during the rental period and on return. Steven delivered and completely set up the travel trailer just ahead of our arrival (plugged to electricity, fresh water tanks full, propane full, fridge, stove and air conditioning operating, barbecue set up, awning out , pots & pans and dishes included ; even a detailed & comprehensive operating manual was compiled) The travel trailer was set up perfectly level on car jacks (with a welcome mat laid out at the door) Well and carefully maintained trailer. No issues at all during our week of camping (but we could communicate easily by phone, text or email in case) On on our return date, he arrived on time and took care of closing up the trailer, emptying the tanks and driving it back. Very impressed by the service, the quality of the trailer and by Steven’s attention. Really happy; thanks
