Things to do near Dyer

The park sits on the banks of Lake Fort Smith with camping, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking, and serves as the western terminus of the Ozark Highlands Trail. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, marina with boat rentals, a pavilion, picnic sites, and group facilities, which makes it a solid base for families.
Beyond the state park, day trips run to the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, the Mulberry River for paddling, and Devil's Den State Park to the north. Fort Smith itself offers historical sites, restaurants, and grocery resupply. Swimming, water skiing, and jet skiing are not permitted on Lake Fort Smith, so plan lake days around fishing and paddling.

Great experience. Tina is very kind. Done exactly what she said she would do. Trailer was well stocked. Driver explained in detail to my son everything he needed to know about the trailers sewer & water. If you are thinking of renting a trailer for a family member from out of state don’t hesitate. We had a great weekend and my son’s family had a great place to rest.
