Many enforce age restrictions or 55-plus seasons during winter, and some require a minimum coach length or model year for Class A parks, so confirm rig eligibility when booking. Cell coverage from major carriers is solid across the valley floor. Inside Joshua Tree National Park, expect dry camping only: no hookups, limited or no drinking water, and unreliable cell service. Generators are restricted to set hours. Summer heat is the dominant safety factor across the region.
