Sleepy Hollow State Park reservations are handled through the Michigan DNR system at MiDNRReservations.com or by phone at 1-800-447-2757. A Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry to all Michigan state parks and state forest campgrounds, and it can be added when renewing a Michigan license plate or purchased at the gate. Michigan opens state park reservations on a rolling six-month window, so peak summer dates disappear quickly after the booking window opens. Private parks near Lake Victoria, including Campgrounds-R-Us, Lansing Cottonwood Campground, and Just In Time Campground, take reservations directly by phone or through their own websites and third-party booking platforms. Saginaw County Fairgrounds handles reservations through its own office for its electric and rustic sites.
