Campgrounds and RV parks near Bremen, OH

Bremen sits in Fairfield County in southeastern Ohio, roughly 40 miles southeast of Columbus and within a short drive of the Hocking Hills region. The village makes a practical base for RV travelers who want quick access to sandstone gorges, waterfalls, and state park trails without staying inside the busiest tourist corridors around Logan. Campground options close to Bremen range from small RV parks to family-run campgrounds set along the Hocking River and area lakes. Lakeview RV Park and Campground, Hocking Hills Campground, Hocking Hills River RV Park, Big Sycamore Family Campground LLC, and Campbell Cove Camping are among the closest properties and cover a mix of full hookup, electric, and primitive sites. Elevations in the surrounding hills run roughly 800 to 1,100 feet, so grades and curves are common on secondary roads. Larger rigs should plan routes on US-33 where possible and confirm site length limits before booking.

Sites inside Hocking Hills State Park are reserved through the ReserveOhio system. Reservations are required and can be made up to six months in advance online or by phone, and the campground offers full hookup, electric 20/30/50-amp, and non-electric sites, each with a paved pad, fire ring, and picnic table. Private campgrounds near Bremen, including Lakeview RV Park and Campground, Hocking Hills Campground, Hocking Hills River RV Park, Big Sycamore Family Campground LLC, and Campbell Cove Camping, take bookings directly through their own websites or phone lines. Holiday weekends and peak fall color dates fill fastest, so lock in dates early and confirm rig length, slide clearance, and pet rules at time of booking.
