The delivery and pick up service was seamless - we were still driving to Oregon at time of delivery, but Tim communicated with my parents, because he set it up in their driveway, and explained everything to my Dad. Pick up was just as easy, quick walk thru inspection on the app, Tim stowed the hose and cords and hooked it back on his truck and voila, my part was done.
