Campgrounds and RV parks near Lake Cassidy, WA

Lake Cassidy sits in Snohomish County, Washington, about three miles east of Marysville and just north of Lake Stevens. The 123-acre lake sits at an elevation of 323 feet and is a quiet lowland fishery with a public boat launch on the southwest shore and power boats limited to 8 mph and 10 horsepower, which keeps the water calm for paddling and shoreline fishing. The Snohomish County Centennial Trail runs along the eastern shoreline and includes the Lake Cassidy Wetlands Park and Interpretive Trail with a fishing dock. RV travelers typically base out of private parks within a short drive. Lake Goodwin Resort and Cedar Grove Shores RV Park sit on Lake Goodwin near Stanwood, Emerald Springs RV Park is just off I-5 near Arlington, and Port Susan Camping Club offers saltwater access toward Tulalip. Lakeside RV Park rounds out the nearby options. All are within easy reach of I-5, Highway 9, and the Cascade foothills. The area works well as a base for reaching Mount Pilchuck, the North Cascades, Whidbey Island ferries, and the Seattle metro without staying in a city park.

Private parks in the area, including Emerald Springs RV Park, Lake Goodwin Resort, Cedar Grove Shores RV Park, and Lakeside RV Park, take reservations directly by phone or through their websites. Deposits are typical and cancellation windows vary, so confirm the policy before booking against a non-refundable RV rental. Port Susan Camping Club is a membership property, so access for non-members generally depends on guest privileges arranged through a member. Verify eligibility before planning around it. For public options in the region, Washington State Parks accepts reservations up to nine months in advance of the first date of the trip through washington.goingtocamp.com. National forest sites in nearby Mount Baker-Snoqualmie use Recreation.gov, with sites generally released 6 months, 2 weeks, or 4 days in advance depending on the campground.
