Campgrounds and RV parks near Lochsloy, WA

Lochsloy is a small census-designated place in Snohomish County, sitting along Highway 92 between Lake Stevens and Granite Falls in northwest Washington. The location puts RV travelers within a short drive of both Puget Sound shoreline campgrounds and the foothills of the North Cascades, making it a practical base for families splitting time between water activities and mountain hikes. Private RV options cluster in two directions. To the west and northwest, near Stanwood and Marysville, Lake Goodwin Resort, Cedar Grove Shores RV Park, Thunderbird RV and Camping Resort, and Emerald Springs RV Park offer full-hookup sites within roughly half an hour of Lochsloy. Maple Grove RV Resort lies closer to Everett and the I-5 corridor, useful for travelers wanting easier freeway access. Public-land camping sits to the east. Granite Falls, just up Highway 92, is the gateway to the Mountain Loop Highway and a string of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest campgrounds, including Verlot along the South Fork Stillaguamish River.

Private RV parks in the area, including Emerald Springs RV Park, Lake Goodwin Resort, Cedar Grove Shores RV Park, and Maple Grove RV Resort, are booked directly with each park by phone or website. Thunderbird RV and Camping Resort is part of the Thousand Trails network and is reserved through that system, with separate rules for short stays and extended bookings. Public camping uses two systems. Washington State Parks sites, including the cabins at Wallace Falls State Park, are reserved through washington.goingtocamp.com or by calling 888-CAMPOUT up to nine months ahead; individual campsites at Wallace Falls are first come, first served. Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest sites such as Verlot are booked through Recreation.gov, often months ahead for summer weekends.
