Water heater and Fridge/Freezer work by propane or electricity if hooked up to power. Trailer has two 30lbs propane tanks, 42 gallons fresh water tank, 4 stabilizing jacks, tire blocks, comes with all electrical, water and sewer connections, weight distribution hitch is also included in rental. Portable Brake controller is available for rent. Trailer requires a 7-pin wiring.
