Super nice brand new travel trailer. Has full outside kitchen with plumbed in drains. Outside griddle cook top mountable to the side, beside kitchen. Has mountable table to go on side as-well. It also come with a large table that slides into the front top of the storage compartment. This trailer has it all! It has a large inverter and 800 Watt solar setup, so this unit can go off grid for day. You can use the microwave and make coffee with 110v without a generator or plugging in. I do have a nice generator if you wanted ac for the weekend although. TV and everything work amazing off grid or on grid. It's a super nice trailer. We can deliver the trailer for you. Hello! I am a 28 foot 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2800 Bunk House. I am extremely comfortable for a couple and great for a family up to or 6-8 too. The manufacturer will tell you it sleeps 10, but it’s more realistically a family of 5 or 6. With a single large slide, I’m big enough to accommodate an entire family on a rainy day, but still cozy enough to enjoy some comfortable time away. I have a full separate front bedroom with an upgraded residential Queen-sized bed which is separated from the rest of the space by a large solid sliding door, and a separate exterior entry. There is two oversized (double) bunks in the rear and a u-shaped dinette that can also be converted in seconds into a double bed, good for adults or children. A comfortable sofa also folds down into another double bed. I have a large sized internal bathroom with a separate shower to ensure you enjoy a shower like home should you want. The bathroom has a real porcelain toilet, linen storage, medicine cabinet and sink. I have a well equipped full size kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, full sized 10.0 cu.ft.(!) fridge and freezer, ample pantry storage, stainless steel faucet, and of course a large bowl stainless kitchen sink. I will be stocked with toilet paper and paper towel. Only certain TP’s can be flushed down my drain so please leave the TP selection to us. We will ensure you have enough for your stay. My kitchen is stocked with almost everything you could need for cooking both inside the trailer or outside and I come equipped with a French Press, a stove top espresso maker, and a classic enamel percolator to provide the perfect coffee setup for your campsite mornings. There is a separate outdoor ‘kitchen’ with a stovetop, a hookup for a portable gas BBQ (not included), and a small fridge to the rear. In some of my hidden compartments you will find outdoor chairs, an axe for cutting firewood, a picnic table cloth, candle holders, and some other items for turning your campground into a home. If you rent me, my owners will give you a full run down of where to find everything you will need for a fun and safe trip as well as how to hook and set me up. They will also be available to you 24/7 in case of any emergencies or if you have any questions. You will need a vehicle that can tow up to 7,600 pounds as that is how much I weigh when I am full of gas and water. You should also have towing experience. I am a very loved trailer, well maintained, very clean and so comfortable you will not want your time with me to be over. I’m professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental, so you can camp with comfort knowing that all COVID precautions have been taken. This is an amazing unit, it has almost all the bells and whistles in this small space Big fridge with freezer on top, Large shower with plenty of space, Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, awning with lights and many more great features. The inside offers a great little home away from home feeling with two double sized bunk beds and a queen size bed on opposite sides of the trailer Lots of storage and privacy curtains for each bed to make it feel cosier. A screen door to enjoy the cool breeze but keeps the bugs out! Please make sure if you bring toilet paper that it is the camper friendly kind and no feminine products are to be flushed Please no smoking inside the trailer this includes vaping. Please make sure windows are closed during campfires No scents of any type (candles, sprays, cleaners, Perfume/body sprays) as me and my kids are very sensitive to smells. The table is NOT to be used as a bed For any deliveries during the weekdays drop off and pick up times will be determined a week before rental We are pet friendly!
