Power awning with LED lighting and large camping mat. It has a perk coffee maker with filters. Bring your own linens (pillows, blankets, towels, tea towels etc.) and disposable items such as paper plates and cups. Please refrain from smoking inside the trailer. Additional fees of $250 will be charged if this rule is broken. Please use septic safe toilet paper. One septic pump out at end of your stay. Fee is mandatory. (see add-ons). Any additional pump out during your stay is the renters responsibility.
