The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. The sectional couch is a full size pullout couch and can easily sleep 3. The master bedroom is equipped with a fireplace and is a stunning room with a view.
