We absolutely love our RV and have set it up with everything you need for a perfect adventure or weekend getaway. Although we would have loved spend a lot of time in it, we've only been on a couple of trips since we got it in 2020, so it's brand new! Can sleep up to 8 people comfortably, but you can sleep 10 if you have a couple young ones. Back bunkhouse for the kids or a second family, and outdoor kitchen to complete the outdoor camping experience. It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. Two stove burners, microwave, full-size refrigerator, hot and cold water, heater, AC, LED lighted power awning, indoor outdoor speakers system, radio AUX DVD players. There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup. You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There will be a $500.00 special cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking or pet damage/hair.
