2019 heartland travel trailer. It's a nice size trailer that my wife dog and me have enjoyed and want to let others enjoy the outdoor experience that we got to from this trailer. We include all the extras and beding sheets you bring your clothes, towels and food and we bring the rest.

Fireplace, heat/AC, mood lighting and outdoor speakers make for a fun vacation for friends and family. No need to worry about ice either, this unit has a built in ice maker in the outside kitchen! Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV this includes vaping! If any odor is detected you forfeit your deposit for the cost of having odor removed. $95 surcharge for incomplete sewage disposal. You must return the RV clean. The owner will sanitize before each rental.

This van comes stocked with basic essentials to help you focus on fun and the journey ahead. What's includedInside you’ll find a KL queen sized bed, a toilet & shower, induction cooker, a sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, air conditioning & heat, plenty of windows with screens and shades, a swivel mounted TV with Blu-ray player connected & Roku capabilities (Wi-Fi not included). The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. The van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the van is not returned with a full tank of gasoline, you will be charged a fee of $150.

Comfortable, drivable van somewhere in B+/C RV class. Shower is separate from the toilet area. The bedroom with a queen size island bed can be closed off from the galley and single bed in the front cabin. Automatic generator start, solar and propane generator allow for dry camping (though staying in campgrounds with hookups recommended if limited experience boondocking/dry camping). A 350 lb capacity moped/dirt bike/bike hauler hitch mount rack and tandem bicycle are available for rent as well. Propane refill is not required on return as long as the propane tank is at 10% or more. Pickup and drop off times are both at 12:00 PM (noon), extension of 12 hours on the same rental dates (8 AM-8 PM) can booked with initial request (insurance fee remains unchanged). Our brand new 2023 Rockwood Roo has three tent beds and a bump out. It includes stove, microwave, tv built in wall, over sized fridge and freezer, glass door shower, toilet and sink. It also has individual fan for each bed and heated beds for chilly nights. The tinted windows offer privacy but plenty of sunlight and heat or AC. There’s extra storage for kitchen area and plenty for guests personal items! A great way to go camping with your creature comforts! It was one of the best lightweight mini campers that we just bought. This is a great camper for a family of five to six. It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. Two stove burners, microwave, full-size refrigerator, hot and cold water, heater, AC, LED lighted power awning, indoor outdoor speakers system, radio AUX DVD players. This thing weighs approximately 3100 lb dry. We also have a generator for a $25 per night flat rate that can be included upon request.
