We have a 2021 KZ SPORTSMAN LE toy hauler that we are going to rent out to interested people for the weekends or a week. It's on a 50 amp system... It has a king size bed in the bedroom with 2 smaller closets on each side of the bed, a 42" smart tv, and it's own very cold air conditioner and has vents for heat... The bathroom has a stand up shower, and vents for heat...the main area has a very cold air conditioner, and hot heater, also has a 43" smart tv that is connected to the built in satellite or can be connected to RV park provided cable, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, a stereo that is Bluetooth capable, and is connected to the main tv, has 2 futon/bench seats that convert to beds, 2 smaller tables with cup holders the back ramp door converts to a patio with a screened in rail around it, and an 18 foot awning...it will come complete with bedding, toiletries, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, automatic coffee pot, filters and Folgers classic roast coffee, paper towels, dish cleaning supplies. You will only need to provide your own food and drinks.

2013 Koala Super Lite 23CS This adorable travel trailer is perfect for a weekend getaway or a full drive across the country. This trailer is lightweight and can be pulled by a midsized SUV. It has a sway bar as well for easy driving. It is perfect for families as it sleeps 6 comfortably. It also has a small bathtub perfect for littles. The master has a comfortable memory foam queen sized bed with a folding door for privacy. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove, large sink and microwave. It also has a large fridge and freezer for lots of food. This trailer is fully loaded with a 32" Roku TV, indoor and outdoor speakers, awning and camping chairs. It also is fully stocked with 3 sets of bedding for all 3 sleeping areas, dishes, cups, mugs, silverware, can opener, pots & pans, knives, cutting boards, baking sheets, measuring cups, spatulas, cheese grater, wisk, Keurig and reusable K-cups for any ground coffee with filters. The bathroom also has towels and wash clothes for 6! For game lovers we have included cards and dominos. We hope you will love using the Koala as much as we do.

She is fully equipped with a queen-sized bed and sleeps sleeps 7! Sleeping arrangements: Private queen master bedroom in the rear and an overhead bunk in the front. Two additional convertible beds on the couch and dinette offer more sleeping room. The beds all have bedding, blanket, and pillows. Power slides, large power awning, and single entrances are perfect for any location. The fully stocked kitchen has a nice refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stoves, oven, microwave, and added electrical appliances for use with shore power. The dinette is perfect for meals. The bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and shower. Freshwater holding tank with 44 gallons and both greywater and blackwater holding tanks with 30 gallons each. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. The RV does have a generator. We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. All linens are removed and washed every rental . Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap.
