Randy was a great host. He was very attentive and easy to communicate with.
Randy was so helpful and patient as it was our first time renting an RV. Nice man with a very comfortable trailer.
We recently rented this RV for a family trip, and while we had a good time overall, there were a few issues that should be noted.
First, when Randy dropped off the RV, we found that the fridge had mold inside, which we had to clean ourselves before use. Additionally, the toilet had visible stains and many of the flat surfaces were dirty. This was disappointing, as we expected the RV to be clean and ready to use upon arrival.
On the positive side, Randy was friendly, polite, and prompt with both delivery and pickup. His professionalism was appreciated and made the experience smoother.
Overall, we enjoyed our trip.
