Has an electric fireplace that can also provide heat if needed and hd tv with WiFi and rocu. On demand water heater insures you never run out of hot water. Outdoor kitchen for grilling and refrigerator for beverages etc. electric awning for ease of opening and closing. Duel ac’s for comfort.
