Located in Oak Park, very close to Ventura county coast line. Perfect size to drive and park. We are a very nice family that love to travel and enjoy life, this is our second RV and we love to camp. We are a non smoking family. we look forward to work with you. As much as we love our four legged friends, this RV is strictly no pets (sorry!). We want to keep it as clean and new as possible for all travelers to come! Fees/Important Details: 100 miles + 4 hours of generator use included each day. Extra fees are $.45 per mile and $5 for each additional hour of generator use. $75 dumping fee if tanks are not empty upon return. $25 re-fueling fee + cost of gas if not returned at same gas tank level. Optional delivery/pick-up can be arranged for renters within 20 mile radius when scheduling permits. Cost between $175 depending on your location. $100 mandatory cleaning fee required for all rentals. This helps us ensure the rig is clean and sanitized for everyone to enjoy! **Please allow for a minimum of 1 hour at drop-off to have a thorough walkthrough of the rig** *Absolutely no climbing on the roof allowed.
