It's equipped with solar panels, making your camping experience easy to go anywhere, pull over at anytime and still enjoy your day ☀️ or night 🌙 at anyplace. 🍁 Fall & winter special only ❄️ For only $100/$110 per night you can enjoy an RV that sleeps up to 8 people. It has a queen bed that sleeps 2 persons, full size bunkbeds that sleeps 2 persons each and a convertible dinette that sleeps up to 2 persons. It comes with all essentials such as cooking ware, cooking utensils, cutting board, kettle, dinnerware for 6 and cleaning supplies. We offer add-ons such as linens, pillows, portable BBQ, with utensils and much more! 🚲, 🏄‍♀️ We offer delivery to campground, to up to 60 miles from Oxnard. If you would like to gate away for the weekend and enjoy our Ventura county weather, you are welcome to book over nights while park at our driveway, and visit our near by beaches, water parks, fairs, nearby shopping centers (collection,camarillo outlets, etc) This reservations will include full hook ups 😉 We welcome you to our Home Sweet Roam. Sleeps comfortably up to 8 people!! Equipped with solar panel energy ready to power you lighting needs and low voltage USB devices in anywhere you go. Our cozy trailer offers 2 bunk beds (fulls), a queen Murphy bed, and a full size versa U dinette (also a bed). For your convenience there is a shower (hot/cold), toilet, and a bathroom sink. The kitchen is equipped with 2 propane burners and medium sink. Microwave also included. All essentials included for full hookup RV sites (15-foot dump hose and 30amp/110volt 25ft power cord). Predator 3500 generator also available on request as an ADD ON. We trust our guests to treat our trailer with care as if it was their own. We truly appreciate the love and respect to our RV. It also has a tv above bed and a Bluetooth/radio speaker. It has a gas 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and outdoor shower. The trailer comes with a slide out along with an awning, perfect for getting some shade. It also has LED outdoor lighting along with outdoor speakers that connect to an indoor unit for some Bluetooth or radio music. ****Other things to Note as you reserve our trailer***** Thank you for taking time to read through and respect our requests below. No bikes or firewood allowed inside living area of RV Other things to note -Dishes and cookware must be cleaned before returning. - Trash and personal items must be taken at the end of your stay. -Trailer must be returned in the same inside and outside condition that it was received. - Awning must be closed when windy or unattended. -Linens are not provided unless is chosen as add on. Linens/sheets don't need to be washed, but must be free of STAINS and damage (includes 4 pillows total, twin beds and queen bed linens, along with comforter) If Damage/stained there will be an additional fee $30-$150 per each -Propane Tank Refill Prepayment $35 Deducted after every rental, unless you choose not to add it, please let us know. -Pet Fee $50 per pet per trip. Max 2 pets. -Smoking is prohibited inside the trailer No smoking or other use of tobacco or similar products (including, but not limited to, marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) Failure to cooperate there will be $800 fee - This travel trailer is off limits for burning man or other similar events. -On holiday weekends there will be a 4 night minimum. -We love our furry friends, they are allowed by approval only. If trailer comes back dirty from your pet, meaning muddy paw prints, pet hair, smells of urine or feces there will a $150. Deducted from your security deposit for cleaning. -Prep. Fee $120.00 Which covers prep, sanitizing, and set up. This is not the same as the cleaning fee that you may be charge if trailer is returned not in the same conditions. -Renter is responsible for any fees from campground that are due at the moment of dropping off and picking up trailer. -Excessive cleaning fee; if brought back not in the same way as it was release at the time of pick up.There will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. If it’s excessively dirty and/or detailing is required, there will be a $200+. This Cleaning charges are in addition to the standard cleaning/prep fee. -Dumping fee (if brought back with meters reading not empty on either black/gray water tank) = $130 -Dumping fee at your site $35. (We will take care of it for you) -Dumping fee at campground (we’ll take care of it for you) $40, plus any additional dumping fees from campground. -Late Returned Fee/Late pick up fee By reserving you agree to an additional $45 fee if returned/pick up within 2hrs from 11am/agreed time. After 2hrs there will be an additional 1 day fee. There will be a $1,000 charge. -Must not exceed 55 mph when towing.
