We welcome you to our Casa on wheels! We don’t only want you to enjoy your adventure but also love it! We have packed all house essentials to make it more easy to just hop in and spend the best time of your life surrounded by family and nature! We know that our Casa will be just like your Casa! We trust our guests to treat our trailer with care as if it was their own. We truly appreciate the love and respect to our RV. Please do not forget to bring your hitch lock key 🔑 as we will provide you with our tow hitch 😉 Trailer is equipped ***Solar Panels (perfect for dry camping) This will only provide electricity to run lights and allow the use of usb chargers. ***Electric tongue jack and electric leveling jacks ***Fitted sheets for queen bed and 2 twin beds. ***Cookware; pots, pans, cooking utensils, stove top kettle, tableware for 4 people, 4 mugs and cups. Knives and cutting board. Collapsible Dish drying rack. Dish soap. ***Cleaning supplies for floors, windows, restroom and kitchen. *** 2in tow hitch *** 2 5/16 hitch ball ***Back Up Camera What’s included Trailer comes with AC and heating. It also has a tv above bed and a Bluetooth/radio speaker. It has a gas 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and outdoor shower. The trailer comes with a slide out along with an awning, perfect for getting some shade. It also has LED outdoor lighting along with outdoor speakers that connect to an indoor unit for some Bluetooth or radio music. Thank you for taking time to read through and respect our requests below. -Renter is responsible for any fees from campground that are due at the moment of dropping off and picking up trailer. -Excessive cleaning fee; if brought back not in the same way as it was release at the time of pick up.There will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. If it’s excessively dirty and/or detailing is required, there will be a $200+. Cleaning charges are in addition to the standard cleaning/prep fee. -Dumping fee (if brought back with black/fresh/gray water tank) = $130 -Dumping fee at your campground (we’ll take care of it for you) $35 plus any additional dumping fees from campground. -Late Returned Fee There’s an additional $45 fee if returned within 2hrs from 11am/agreed time. After 2hrs there will be an additional 1 day fee. -No bikes or firewood allowed inside living area of RV Other things to note -Dishes and cookware must be cleaned before returning. - Trash and personal items must be taken at the end of your stay. -Trailer must be returned in the same inside and outside condition that it was received. - Awning must be closed when windy or unattended. -Linens are not provided unless is chosen as add on. Linens/sheets don't need to be washed, but must be free of STAINS and damage (includes 4 pillows total, twin beds and queen bed linens, along with comforter) If Damage/stained there will be an additional fee $30-$150 per each -Propane Tank Refill Prepayment $35 Deducted after every rental, unless you choose not to add it, please let us know. -Pet Fee $50 per pet per trip. Max 2 pets. -Smoking is prohibited inside the trailer No smoking or other use of tobacco or similar products (including, but not limited to, marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) Failure to cooperate there will be $800 fee - This travel trailer is off limits for burning man or other similar events. ---Requirements--- -Must be able to tow at least 4,000 lbs -Electric Brake Controller (Required by CA law for trailers over 1,500 lbs) Not provided unless is chosen as add on. TRAILER NOT RELEASED to renter unless your vehicle has one. -Must be equipped with 7 way round connector/adapter. -No passengers in trailer - If trailer GPS detects that trailer has been taken to a burning man or similar event. There will be a $1,000 charge. -Must not exceed 55 mph when towing.
