BATHROOM: hair dryer, toilet brush, air freshener, cleaning supplies, broom, RV-friendly toilet paper. CAMPING: 4 picnic chairs, flashlight, matches and lighter. If requested upon booking: cooler, rack for 2 bikes. *SORRY, BUT: - NO festivals (fine $7000) - NO Smoking - NO climbing on the roof - NO towing - NO cats ** Min age: 25 years Regular pick up: 12 PM Regula drop off: 12 PM IMPORTANT: - We do NOT charge any cleaning or prep fees. All we ask is to return the RV in THE SAME CONDITION it was picked up (clean bathroom, shower, toilet bowl, kitchen, fridge, microwave, cooktop, mirrors, mopped floors, clean cabinets and drawers). Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $300 will apply. - We do not provide any bedding, pillows, or blankets. - Most of the listed fees can be avoided if the RV is returned in the same condition it was picked up. - Failing to return on time will result in a charge of $130.00 per hour after the agreed time. Please do not be late and respect our time the same way we will respect yours. - After your booking is confirmed, I will send you our SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement). Nothing crazy, just common sense "house rules" and our expectations to respect our property.
