Monica S.Apr 2024Delivered by hostGood experience with renting but would have preferred more understanding of how well the vehicle would accommodate young kids, including measurements so I could understand how things might fit, whether water could be consumed, how car seats could fit in etc. There were lots of instructional videos that were sent but it never directly answered what was needed which was pointed answers to certain questions. We had to make a lot of on the fly adjustments to our plan which ultimately ate into our trip timing. As well, some cooking pieces were missing from the rental that was discovered only during the trip and resulted in some inconveniences. Ericka otherwise was very helpful with trying to resolve issues with us and was very apologetic.
