This rig is the perfect home on wheels for your next family adventure or for a group of friends camping at one of the many springs in Florida or Disneys "Fort Wilderness", Siesta Key, Key West etc. sleeps comfortably 4 adults + 2-3 kids. This really depends on the size over all guests and should be evaluated if you have more then 4 adults. Spacious and comfortable with 2 queen beds - one over cab and one in back bedroom. Upgraded stereo/DVD sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. Total of three TV's inside and one outside. Indoor and outdoor speakers. Great fold out couch and drop down dinette for more sleeping areas. Outdoor TV, as well as Bluetooth speakers for some music when sitting around the fire and watching a movie. This RV is completely self-contained and ready for the open road or the beach. You can vacation in a campground with full hookups (water, sewer and electricity 30amps) or get away from everything and “boon dock” in serenity. ** Artic Pak ** this RV is also equipped with an artic pak, what makes it a great choice for cooler temperatures! This RV comes with: - Bedsheets for the main bed - Coffee maker - Toilet paper - Cookware and Kitchen supplies - Kitchen paper towels We sanitize all surfaces, doors, and handles. Rules: - towing not allowed - please do the dumping before the drop off, if not I will charge a dumping fee $75 - If there is evidence of smoking, I will use your security deposit to clean and restore the condition. -I’m festival friendly but due to high risk there is a price increase. Please ask first before booking. - Please return with full gas tank otherwise Refueling fee of $50 +gas will be applied Additional fees ( if apply) : If the camper is returned dirty (other then the basic linens change), a $100 deep cleaning fee will be applied.
