I’m active duty military, so schedule changes happen, and the host initially seemed understanding. He told me he didn’t have the RV available for the correct dates and said he would refund the booking cost. After speaking with customer service and following up multiple times, he ignored my calls and messages. If he never intended to refund or follow through with what he said, he should have been honest from the beginning. Very disappointing experience and zero integrity.
