Enjoy cooking meals in the outdoors with the convenient outdoor kitchen, and unwind under the large awning with built-in speakers. The extra door access to the bathroom and outdoor shower provide added convenience. And, for your safety, the towing sway control will be transferred to your vehicle upon pickup. 2x camp chairs, outdoor rug, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows for queen and 2x twins, silverware included. Generator and additional 10x10 canopy available upon request for an additional charge.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the camper. Pets are allowed but, there will be a $50 cleaning fee attached to the trip. We ask that renters add the pet cleaning fee with the booking. If it is not added and pets have entered without prior approval, a $100 fee will be removed from the deposit.
The unit must be returned in the same clean condition it was rented in. Note: professional carpet cleaning is approximately $25 per square foot if the rug is soiled with dirt and mud. Professional detailing cost is approximately $50 per hour. If it is left dirty it can get expensive. Please clean up like it were your own.

A note from the host: On weekdays, delivery will not be until 5 PM or later. We will work with you on the delivery and pickup times. There will be a late fee assessed if you do not show up on time. We will give a 10-minute grace period, but after that we will charge $20 for every 5 minutes you are late. Your time is very valuable, and we don't want to waste it. We expect the same courtesy.
The delivery fee will be calculated once you enter the delivery address. This host has a maximum delivery of 80 miles.
