Everything to enjoy for your get away, extremely light trailer that can be towed by most SUVs (7-way trailer plug with electric brakes), brand new just purchased in October 2022. Bathroom and shower, A/C, Furnace, gas/electric fridge/freezee, so it can run on gas if there is no electricity Power Awning, 32'' LED TV with TV Ant & Chromecast (play Netflix, YouTube, etc from your phone) 2 Propane Tanks, Sleeps 2 adults & 2 small kids, AM FM Bluetooth Stereo, comes with, Dishes, Cups, Utensils, Pots and Pans, Kettle, Coffee maker, Toaster, & Microwave Oven. PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING IN CAMPER. Pickup 4:30 pm, Drop off 11 am (If you need different pickup-drop off times, we can try to arrange for that). Please empty the Septic tank else there will be a $100 fee if I empty it...

    Kim did an awesome job getting our RV set up at the campsite! Everything was ready when we arrived, including the pop-up net covering over the picnic table and the outdoor carpet, which made the site feel comfortable and welcoming right away. Kim's attention to detail and hard work really stood out. We truly appreciated the care that went into making everything perfect. Highly recommend—thank you, again.

    Kim was a good host. Provided all the necessary information for a first time renter. Also had many extension cables which came in super handy. And very flexible on pick up and drop off. 10/10
