Custom built wall unit with a 40 inch smart led T.V and a premium multimedia sound system with with Bluetooth, HDMI & MP3 hook up.It also has a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. A jackknife sofa for extra sleeping. A U-shaped dinette with ample seating turns into a queen size bed. Enjoy all the pleasures of home in our fully equipped kitchen. It has a large acrylic sink with high rise faucet. 8 cubic feet refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, stovetop and oven. It includes everything you need- dishes, cutlery cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and lots of cupboards for food storage. The spacious bathroom has easy access from the second entry door.Enjoy a nice cold drink from the mini fridge in our outdoor kitchen. It also comes with a gas cooktop, more cabinet storage and more utensils. The 21 feet power awning with led lights provides shade on sunny days and outdoor speakers allows you to bring the fun outside. Bedding, pillows and towels are provided. Queen beddings for main bedroom, twin beddings for bunkhouse and 3 sleeping bags. Please note that this is a smoke free unit. There will be a $500 cleaning fee should smoking (vape,cigarettes,cigars,pipes,marijuana) have taken place in the unit. Delivery time for pick up is 2p.m on the 1st day of booking. Drop off and pick up time is 12p.m(noon) on the day of return, unless otherwise discussed. Trailer is available for drop off on location for an added premium. If trailer is for transient use (you pick up and bring to site) on approval you need to have the proper size vehicle and brake controller. Please note that the water heater is propane only ** PROPANE ADD ON IS REQUIRED**
