This 2023 Heartland Pioneer is the top of it's class that will allow you and your family the freedom to explore North America with comfort and ease. Note: Cleaning fee includes: Propane use, Septic Empty fee, Water Fill up, Full set up and use of chairs and table. Full walkthrough of Setup provided OR contactless handoff if you have experience - We can come set up your site so its ready to go then grab the trailer when you are done! We include 2 outdoor chairs, and an outdoor table. Inside we have pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, toaster, utensils, cooking utensils, wash rack and scrubbers for cleaning! No Blankets or Pillows included. Power stabilizer jacks, power tongue jack and full sized power awning. Indoor and outdoor speakers throughout with Bluetooth capability. Ample storage. Refrigerator with freezer and fully functional (50/50) sink, stove, microwave and range allow for family cooked meals anywhere you are! TV setup for indoor entertainment if you do get sick of the beautiful outdoors or the rain visits! Bathroom has full sized shower (outdoor shower also available) with indoor and outdoor entrance allowing ease of access. 2 5/8” ball mount needed however we give out our anti sway hitch to all renters towing which makes the trip much more smooth. Flip-Down Storage Rack – Store items like bikes, wood, coolers and more to ensure you have everything you need for the trip ahead! Open to all requests and situations! Happy to deliver if needed! Additional Info: 1) Rental location must be Accessible for a 32 foot trailer 2) We set everything up! Dishes and Cookware included. 3) Linens can be included for an extra $150.00 per visit 4) Propane included in all rentals. If runs out during visit, renters responsibility to refill 5) Septic must be dumped at end of rental unless Septic Prepayment is selected. (This includes dropping the trailer off full of water) 6) Maximum 8 guests however, if they all are adults it will be uncomfortable. We suggest 6 adults max. Recommendations: Have a site ready to go and location prior to renting. Ensure that your site is accessible for 32' trailer. Advise if electrical hookup (30amp), water hookup is available and if they have septic dumping in the yard. Bring your own linens! We have chairs and an outdoor side table included with all rentals. Plan your outdoor setup prior! Things to Note: We are flexible! Typically, during the week delivery would need to be after 5pm, however if you are hauling yourself pickup can be anytime. Drop off and pickup can change depending on vicinity (sometimes we rent out of Trenton, Hastings and Peterborough). If on the way home and not out of the renters way, we may have it dropped off somewhere closer to save both of us precious fuel costs!
