The RedHawk has everything you need for a fun adventure. The private room at the back is great for parents or large groups that need extra space. The RedHawk sleeps 10 with bunk beds and two slide-outs to maximize the space. The big tv swivels out with a powered button to make movie watching a breeze for the whole family. This 31-footer is very easy to drive with the all view cameras in place. It has great towing capacity and we have many ad-ons included. Full Kitchen, games, etc, all you need to do is pack up and go! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. If you are looking for something smaller check out our Minnie Winnie which is 6 feet shorter and very easy to drive. *** STRICT RETURN POLICY ** In order to turn the RV around for the next family! An Add-On charge of 1 night fee will be applied if it is not returned within one (1) hour of our agreed upon drop off time. * STRICT * NO SMOKING inside the RV, as a consideration for other renters. No Exceptions! Security deposit will be 100% revoked! Smoking includes marijuana, tobacco, vaping etc. ** STRICT CLEANING FEE *** Every renter will pay a mandatory $150 cleaning fee, which goes towards cleaning, stocking the unit with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, hand soap, paper towels, etc. If the RV is not returned in the condition it was provided, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be applied. This includes, cleaning the portable BBQ after use, ensuring all the garbage is taken out, the storage compartment is tidy, as provided. PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES We do flexible pick up and drop off times however if a booking comes in after you book and is going out the same day you return it, the expected return time is 9 AM. For pick up times we can do whatever works best, unless of course the RV is coming in the same day then your pick up time will be 11 am. During the school year I have to be at work for 8 am so pick up at 7 or earlier is ideal. I also offer for free, for you to pick up the RV the night before so we can do a thorough walk through and then you can have the night to pack etc and get ready for your trip. If 11 am is ideal for pick up during this school year I can make that work too.
