Hideout in your vacation trailer this summer. Sleeping arrangements: -full size queen -4 single beds (two bunk beds) -double sized couch -table that folds down to a bed Trailer comes with propane and is 30 feet long. Dishes, cups, cutlery, cookware, & utensils included. Toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker provided. Outdoor and indoor fridge and freezer MUST be emptied upon return. No food to be left inside trailer upon return. Indoor shower in bathroom, AC, furnace, standard and USB outlets. Bluetooth hookup to indoor and outdoor speakers. Outdoor LED lighting. 2 full propane tanks, new battery. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens and towels unless selected as an add on (Pillows not included). Septic safe toilet paper provided and to be used only! Broom and dust pan provided. Dish soap and cleaning products provided. Camping chairs and one small collapsible side table provided. Cards, and some lawn games also provide. There is a TV on the wall with an HDMI cable for your electronics to be hooked up. Grey and black tanks to be returned empty, or you can select the Emptying Septic Prepayment add-on. Most parks will have a pump out station. We provide the connection hoses for you. Please return or you will be charged for replacement. Fresh water hose and filter included. To received the fresh water tank full upon the start of your trip, you can select the add-on for it. Do not use any fresh water hoses provided at parks. Towing experience required unless selected drop off and pick up add on. Truck must be able to tow at least 9000lbs to tow safely. Trailer must be returned in the condition you receive it. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind the trailer! You will be banned from renting from us in the future and a $300 charge if smoking took place inside. Camper and all equipment must be returned in the condition it was given to you in. Charges for any damages will be taken out of your deposit. Guests will create memories with their families that will last a lifetime!
