Myself (Kyle) and my wife Victoria are excited to make your trip smooth and as unforgettable as possible. We want to take the stress out of vacation for you. Pack your clothes and go wherever Minnie Winnie takes you! The RV is FULLY LOADED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. This beautiful RV in our Nation's Capital is perfect for your next adventure! Enjoy all the comforts of home while adventuring with the Minnie Winnie! Easy to drive at only 25ft - Perfect for first-time RVers! We provide a full kitchen, including a toaster, Keurig, soaps, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. We have several options for add-ons to enhance your trip. Add-ons: BBQ( We provide green propane tanks for it.) $70 Bike Rack $40 Camping Chairs $40 Board Games $10 Cooler $10 Outdoor Rug $5 Park your car in our Driveway $20 PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES We do flexible pick up and drop off times however if a booking comes in after you book and is going out the same day you return it, the expected return time is 9 AM. For pick up times we can do whatever works best, unless of course the RV is coming in the same day then your pick up time will be 11 am. During the school year I have to be at work for 8 am so pick up at 7 or earlier is ideal. I also offer for free, for you to pick up the RV the night before so we can do a thorough walk through and then you can have the night to pack etc and get ready for your trip. If 11 am is ideal for pick up during this school year I can make that work too. No Exceptions! Security deposit will be %100 revoked! Smoking includes marijuana, tobacco, vaping etc. ** STRICT CLEANING FEE *** Every renter will pay a mandatory $150 cleaning fee, which goes towards cleaning, stocking the unit with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, hand soap, paper towels, etc..., as well as for laundering all the linens through sanitary cycle. If the RV is not returned in the condition it was provided, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be applied. This includes, cleaning the portable BBQ after use, ensuring all the garbage is taken out, the storage compartment is tidy, as provided. *** STRICT RETURN POLICY ** In order to turn the RV around for the next family! An Add-On charge of 1 night fee will be applied if it is not returned within two (2) hours of our agreed upon drop off time, which will be communicated before the trip.
