Our Heaven Adventure

We love our heaven and finally, we can share it with you! You looked at dozens of Class Cs and this one has the best utilization of space for a 27-foot class C hands down. There are tons of exterior storage and interior storage. The bed is really comfy and the pull-down shades make it nice and dark. The bedroom has a SMART TV, you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The upper bunk is roomy enough for adults and really comfortable and also has a TV. The kitchen is very functional and offers plenty of storage including a pantry. There are doors to separate the bathroom and bedroom from the living area, so there is privacy and accessibility at the same time. The seats are very comfortable on long drives, and you can use the Bluetooth connection to play podcasts thru the radio. The rear camera is great, and the side cameras big help too. It is super easy to back this into tight spots. You will really like the RV control system, and it's pretty cool to be able to turn all of the lights on with one touch from leaving room or bedroom. We installed an inverter so we don't need the generator while driving, but when you do turn it on it starts right up and is so much quieter than a potable. You will also like the U-shaped dinette with a huge window, and the ability to make it into a bed for your children or guests to ride comfortably and sleep on. *** Snowbirds are Welcome, please submit requests before RV is winterized, around the end of October, with considerable discounts for long term.*** *Rental conditions* The RV will be provided with a full tank of gas and needs to be returned with a full tank of gas The RV will be provided with empty Waste/Septic Tanks and needs to be received back with Empty tanks. Renter’s duty to dump and empty the tanks,, same charge will apply if renter use toilet paper not intended for use in RV, prove will be required. The RV at all time must be driven in Canada, cross border trips not allowed. *** STRICT *** PLEASE NO SMOKING inside the RV, as a consideration for other renters. No Exceptions! Security deposit will be %100 revoked! Smoking includes marijuana, tobacco, vaping etc. No pets please! ***ETRA CLEANING*** has to be returned in same cleaningnes condition as it was at the time of pickup. Additional cleaning fee of $250 will apply if unit returned dirty. *** RETURN POLICY *** In order to turn the RV around for the next family! An Add-On charge of 1 night fee will be applied if it is not returned on time, of our agreed upon drop off time, which will be communicated before the trip started. Otherwise hourly rate of $100/h will apply if not returned on time. Additional charges upon return if any: non negotiable Extra cleaning if returned dirty inside / Outside - $250.00, Propane re-Fill - $85.00, Fuel Re- Fill - $600.00, Sewer Dumping - $120.00, Damages inspection - $200.00, Sewer cleaning - $180.00, ect, 10% processing fee will apply for any extra charges at return including mileage.
