This was our first time renting a RV, we had a couple set backs but Rick and Carol were quick to help rectify these issues.
This was our first experience renting an RV and for the most part we were very happy. Rick was patient in explaining how everything worked and although it was a crash course, he left us detailed instructions in the RV incase we had any problems along with his phone number.
The RV itself was very clean and all the essentials for a camping trip with a family of 5 were on hand when we needed them.
My only issue was the pop out was not functional and although it was in the shop trying to be fixed prior to our trip, it ultimately didn’t get fixed. We only found this out a few days before our departure so I didn’t feel as though I had any choice but to take it as is, or risk having nothing at all.
Thankfully we had almost perfect weather and didn’t find ourselves confined to the RV. With 3 teenagers those extra 24” of space would have been nice but we made do.
We had a great week of road tripping in Ricks RV, and look forward to our next adventure.
