Our Pioneer has everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors in comfort and style.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
– 1 queen bed in bedroom with upgraded mattress, 1 bunk bed (each bed is comparable to a full mattress. The upper bunk's recommended weight capacity is 150 lbs), kitchen dinette converts into a bed for 1-2 ppl, convertible futon sleeper sofa for 1-2 ppl. Bedding will be provided for queen bedroom. Fitted sheets will be provided but must bring own pillows and blankets for other sleep areas.
LIVING AREA
- TV, DVD/CD player, Bluetooth AM/FM radio with inside and outside speakers
KITCHEN
- Double sink with high rise faucet, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, and oven. Stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee mugs, cooking utensils (spatula, tongs, serving spoons, knives, measuring cups/spoons, etc.); pots and pans, mixing bowls, Keurig single coffee maker, cleaning supplies, broom, hand and dish soap, sponge, paper towels.
BATHROOM
– Shower/tub, toilet, sink, power vent, RV flushable toilet paper
OUTSIDE
- 1 large outdoor mat, pass-through storage, power awning w with LED light strip, electrical outlet, mini outdoor kitchen equipped with a small outdoor grill, mini fridge and sink, portable BBQ

RV was very spacious, clean and comfortable for the three of us staying in it. Matt arrived on time for set up and was very friendly. He took the time to explain how everything worked and to ensure the trailer was properly level. Unfortunately, on night two, in October, and near freezing outside temps, the heat stopped working. We desperately tried calling both Kristin and Matt all night and got no response. We stayed up all night using the gas stovetop to generate a small amount of heat but we obviously could not sleep. Matt phoned the next morning and apologized and tried to sort out the issue. They paid for us to fill both tanks ($30) but unfortunately no discount or consideration was given for the rv rental for the inconvenience and impact this had on our weekend. It was my sisters wedding and we had family in from Scotland so there were many events to attend. We had no sleep and no energy and had to miss events trying to drive around and find propane (not to mention the smell from the tanks in the car as they were leaking!!!) It was brutal. In addition, after the rental period, we then got a reminder from Matt that only one tank is included with a rental for next time we book?!?! Unfortunately and obviously, we will NEVER be booking this trailer again based on our experience… I would not recommend booking this one. You want owners who will answer the phone and help address problems right away to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Excellent hosts! Very accommodating. We rented this trailer for a dog show. Kristen and Matt both answred our questions promptly.
