No slide outs to worry about when setting up! 30 amp service required for A/C but fans, fridge and heat work on gas or 15 amp service. Enjoy the A/C (or ducted heater) as a base to your next camping adventure with this perfect little trailer. Pulls nicely with a 7,500lbs rated vehicle (actual trailer weight is roughly 5,000lbs). Bike holder available to transport your bikes to the camp site! Includes dishes and cutlery, cleaning supplies, outdoor camp mats, awning with tie downs, Also have some amenities available such as a camping stove, kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, pool noodles, etc should you wish to have these included (no charge). This unit is older but is well maintained and shows well. Tank pump-out service or cleaning for improperly emptied tanks additional charge to recover time and costs. No music festivals. No inside cooking with the exception of the microwave. No smoking. No pets.
