Family Friendly Trailer with Bunks

Flat-rate $25 delivery and setup to Awenda Provincial Park! You book the site, we will deliver & setup! (Subject to camp site being appropriately sized for the trailer). Could sleep up to 10, but more like 6-8 comfortably. Includes trailer-queen in the front and double bunks at the rear making this ideal for most families. Table and couch also convert to (approx.) double beds. Mattress protectors included and must be left in place. Other linen (or sleeping bags) to be provided by renter. Note to renters: main bed take queen sheets and I suggest double sheets for the other beds. No slide outs to worry about when setting up! 30 amp service required for A/C but fans, fridge and heat work on gas and / or 15 amp service. Enjoy the A/C (or ducted heater) as a base to your next camping adventure with this perfect little trailer. I recommend booking an electric site to take advantage of all the RV features. Trailer pulls nicely with a 7,500lbs rated vehicle (actual trailer weight is roughly 5,000lbs). Listed hitch weight is approximate. Bike holder (for 2 bikes) available to transport your bikes to the camp site! Includes dishes and cutlery, cleaning supplies, paper towels, kitchen cloths and dish towels, outdoor camp mats, awning with tie downs, We also have some amenities available such as a camping stove (we have both a Camp Chef oven/cooktop combo and a Camp Chef triple burner with BBQ and griddle attachments), camping chairs, kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, pool noodles, beach umbrella, folding wagon, etc should you wish to have these included (no charge). Tank pump-out service or cleaning for improperly emptied tanks additional charge to recover time and costs. This is an older unit, but is very clean and well maintained. Main mattress has been replaced and includes a memory foam topper. Other than than a few scratches and typical wear, the unit is is fantastic, clean condition. I've set my daily rate a bit lower because of its age. The rates set for delivery, preparation, and pump-out are purely to cover my time and expenses. Also note, the awning is functional but can be temperamental. I will provide instructions on alternative methods of opening / closing the awning should this be required. We have replaced the awning and motor, but continue to experience some issue with the opening and closing process. No music festivals. No inside cooking with the exception of the microwave.
