Ashley F.Aug 2025Delivered by hostMatthew was extremely responsive and helpful, but that’s about where the positivity ends. The trailer was absolutely filthy. There was more dirt on the floors and in the bathrooms, then outside. There were all kinds of shredded sunflower seeds by the master ensuite bed, that were definitely from rodents living in there. We couldn’t even stay in the trailer the first night we rented, because we had to go home and get cleaning supplies and come back the next morning where we spent over 2 1/2 hours cleaning just to make it liveable The hot water tank didn’t work, so we couldn’t shower. The main ensuite bathroom was unusable as the sewage smell coming from the toilet made us have to abandon the trailer for a half hour, the first time we tried to use it. The outside cooktop didn’t work. The awning was broken and unuseable. The couch was ripped to shreds, so we had to use our own linens to cover it so it didn’t get worse. We asked for the trailer to be delivered and set up. It was set up on a massive angle, which made all water from the only useable bathroom run across the floors and vanities.
