    Carlos and Christine were absolutely fantastic to work with!! We are newbies going on a 14 day, 6000+KM trip throughout Atlantic Canada (including Newfoundland) with barely any experience towing an RV. We had other renters pull out because they weren't comfortable with that. But Carlos took the time to explain everything in detail and provide a thorough training. Christine made sure the camper was well stocked with supplies. Even with all that, as expected, we had frequent questions or unexpected experiences that came up over the trip. Carlos was incredibly responsive through phone and text messages and supported us throughout the whole trip, answering all our questions and solving all the problems. It was so comforting to know we have such an experienced RV expert supporting us. Would definitely consider renting from them again!
