We rented this trailer for a three night excursion. The trailer is brand new and well equipped for all the needs to make it a home away from home! Matthew is responsive and accommodating to our requests and changes to the booking. The trailer itself is well laid out and plenty of space for a family of four. There is a small exterior light mounted underneath the entry door that illuminates the ground and step. We brought our own fairy light string that we hung up to illuminate the area immediately outside the door. Very happy with it and will definitely request it again.
Nicholas was on time for delivery and pick up. Everything was set up and checked prior to him leaving. Awesome person to rent from and have put him on my favourites list. Will be renting from him again.

As first-time RVers, we booked Tim and Jay’s Thor Motor Coach specifically to experience RV living, and they made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Right from the offset, Tim provided a thorough walkthrough and walkthrough brief so we felt confident before hitting the road. The RV was fully equipped with all the essentials, down to the small details like extra napkins and supplies, which saved us so much hassle. Even when we ran into a quick issue mid-trip and had to reach out, Jay responded with top-tier customer service and resolved everything smoothly and patiently. They genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for a reliable, fully stocked RV with incredible hosts, look no further. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing weekend at Cedar Park thanks to Iain! The trailer was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family camping trip. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Iain was always quick to respond to any questions. He met us at the park, got everything set up, and made sure we were good to go before heading out. When it was time to leave, he came back, packed everything up, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Iain was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We’d absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle-free camping experience!

Amazing trailer !… spotless, modern, high ceilings, tvs in every room, secondary bathroom in “kids” area (the toy hauler portion) 2 entrances (helps keep grass and dirt in back and away from kitchen) Tom (host) was on point, incredible driver, communicated and educated me well on the generator, inverter, AC, interior controls and water storage systems. Tom delivered, set up, levelled and picked up on my schedule. 10 out of 10 on service, 10/10 on trailer amenities, 10/10 trailers fit and finish ! Would rent again, would recommend ! Thanks again !
