2019 KZ HybridWe had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from Herbert and his wife. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive to every question we had. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. What really stood out were all the thoughtful extras they provided. The trailer was extremely well equipped, including an espresso machine with pods ready to go, pre-filled propane, and even inflatable mattresses placed underneath the standard mattresses to provide additional comfort. These are the kinds of small details that you don’t necessarily expect with a rental, but they made a huge difference and showed how much thought they put into their guests’ comfort. Everything was made easy for us, and Herbert and his wife went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. More importantly, they are simply great people — friendly, genuine, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend renting from them and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent their trailer again. An excellent experience from start to finish!
