Trailers in great shape. Pick-up/drop off was very easy. Great experience.

Tom was excellent and easy to deal with. The RV was in great shape and made our trip fantastic. Love this configuration and its big slide out.

Marvel was excellent to rent from, and the trailer worked out perfectly for our family. Very clean unit and the multiple vents throughout the trailer made sure everyone was comfortable regardless of whether you were sleeping in the main bed or on the fold down couch.

Joseph is a wonderful, responsive and kind host. The RV was exactly as described with all we could want or need. He left us detailed video of each component that we may need ie: using the water as well as things to look out for ie: this switch MUST stay on. The beds were comfy, the fridge was cold and the backup camera is a game-changer. The RV is rattle-y, however, Joseph was quick to respond and there was no concern - just RV noises we weren’t used to. The rates were fair and this is a really good value for all you get. We had 4 women on an adventure trip and it checked all the boxes. Surprisingly good on gas too! We were pleasantly surprised to be honest. The rig wasn’t spotless inside when we picked it up but the main items you’d want spotless were ie: toilet and fridge. To be honest with you, it took the pressure off us right off the bat. It’s gonna get dusty - we just ensured we cleaned up after ourselves. Joseph had just had the RV in for general servicing so everything was safe and sound. It was reassuring. This was ideal for us and we couldn’t have been happier. The oooooonly issue for us was the pick-up location is downtown Vancouver but we got the sense Joseph would have tried to meet us somewhere if we’d asked.
