When I arrived to pick it up, she gave me a thorough walkthrough on how to use the generator, awning, and water system. The car battery died during our trip and Natasha immediately drove to Canmore to replace it. Great experience & great value. 10/10!

Aline was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was very supportive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely a very kind person to deal with. She made the whole RV rental experience smooth and stress-free. The RV was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our camping trip — plus so many extra items that made things even easier for us. She provided more than we expected, including camping essentials, and we felt fully set up at the campsite. Our kids absolutely loved it, especially the bunk area above. All four kids slept up there and had so much fun. Aline was available whenever we had a question and was very helpful the whole time. She is a genuine, caring, and wonderful host. I would highly recommend renting from her. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Aline, for helping make our family trip such a great memory.

10/10 all around experience renting this camper! It is exactly as pictured, clean and very comfortable inside. It was dropped off at the time that we communicated, and picked up at the time we communicated. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating!! I would most definitely recommend this camper to anyone wanting to rent. We will certainly be using them again if we are in the area!!
