Anthony’s 12’ GeoPro trailer was a great rental experience. It was easy to connect and disconnect, which made pickup and drop-off simple and stress-free. The trailer had everything we needed, including a table, chairs, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and place settings. The kitchen was a huge bonus and made the trip much more comfortable. Overall, it was well-equipped, easy to use, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I took my 16 year old son and 2 adult friends to there first NFL game and to watch our Oilers in Seattle in late November. Dave's RV was the perfect accommodation for the 3 days! What was awesome was the communication with Dave prior to the rental. He answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. In this day and age where customer service seems to be almost no existent Dave went above and beyond. Dave went through the pre trip check with me and my son and that interaction showed he cared about us having a positive experience. With any type of rental things could go wrong, nothing did for us, but I felt reassured Dave would be there if anything did, peace of mind! RV was just what we needed for this trip. Thanks again Dave!!

Mark was a wonderful host. This was our first time traveling by RV and he was extremely patient and accommodating with all of our questions. The RV was clean when we picked it up, stocked with household items, such as; dishes, utensils, hand soap and toilet paper. The RV is spacious and comfortable and was the perfect "house on wheels" to travel in. We needed something that would get us up north fast because of an extremely ill family member, and this made our road time so much shorter than having to stop and get a hotel. We would highly recommend Mark as a host and would rent his RV again!

Chris was really great to work with! He's very personable, responsive, helpful, and flexible. He was willing to move around our pick-up to better suit our needs, within his abilities. This was greatly appreciated. He offered to give us a ride to the light rail after returning the RV. And he had great suggestions for us during our trip that helped save us time and money. We had a great time on our first RV adventure in his RV, "Miles of Smiles". Vehicle AC is being fixed, it didn't bother us. Camper AC worked great on the generator or electric hookup. We couldn't get the shower water heater to work, but we preferred the campground showers anyways. Everything else worked great on the RV. Lots of fridge/freezer space. Stove and microwave worked well as well as the propane grill if you encounter a burn ban. LOVED the Space you got with the slide out, the awning was really fun, the bunk above the cab was loved by our kids, the TV/DVD was needed at the end of a long day!, and all the storage was excellent. This was very comfortable and enjoyable ride for our 4 day adventure in Olympic and the North Cascades! Thanks so much Chris. We appreciate you!

You have great range from Maltby. Mount Rainier National Park is about 110 miles south (around 2.5 hours), Olympic National Park's Hurricane Ridge is roughly 110 miles west via the Edmonds-Kingston ferry, North Cascades National Park is about 90 miles northeast, and Leavenworth sits about 120 miles east over Stevens Pass. Tip: filter for unlimited mileage upfront and message the host about your planned road trip from Maltby so they can recommend the right rig.

Where are the best campgrounds near Maltby to park an RV?

You have great options within 30 minutes of Maltby. Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell offers year-round full hookups and is the closest full-service option. Flowing Lake County Park in Snohomish has sites with electric and water hookups. Tolt-MacDonald Park in Carnation gives you river access and a more rustic feel. A bit farther, Wenberg County Park on Lake Goodwin (about 30 miles north) is great for families, and Lake Easton State Park (about 80 miles east near Snoqualmie Pass) is a standout. Book Washington State Parks through the official reservation system up to nine months ahead.

When is the best time of year to rent an RV in Maltby?

Late June through mid-September is the sweet spot for a Maltby RV trip. Summers are short and mild, with average highs around 75 to 78 F in July and August and relatively little rain, ideal for the Cascades and Puget Sound. May and early October are smart shoulder seasons with highs in the 60s, fewer crowds, and lower nightly rates. Winters are wet and cool (highs in the mid to upper 40s), but rental rates are at their lowest and many parks stay open year-round. Tip: book by February for prime Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends, which fill fast across the Seattle metro.

I've never driven an RV before. Will I be okay?

You've got this. First time renting an RV near Maltby usually goes smoothly because every RVezy host gives you a hands-on orientation at pickup, covering how to level the rig, run the generator, dump tanks, and operate the awning. You can message your host before booking with any question and reach RVezy support during your trip. Smart move: start with a Class C motorhome or a smaller travel trailer (under 25 feet) and ask the host for delivery to your first campground so you skip city driving entirely. Tip: spend your first night at Lake Pleasant RV Park, about 15 minutes away, for a low-pressure shakedown.

What happens if something breaks down during my trip?

Help is one call away, day or night. Every RV rental in Maltby on RVezy includes 24/7 roadside assistance as part of the renter protection plan, covering things like flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, fuel delivery, and towing. If something inside the RV stops working (fridge, furnace, slide-out), message your host directly through the app, they know the rig and can usually troubleshoot in minutes. RVezy support is there to back you up. Tip: cell service can be spotty near Stevens Pass and in the North Cascades, so screenshot the roadside number before heading into the mountains.

Can I take my Maltby RV rental into Canada or other US states?

Cross-state travel is straightforward, and Canada is often allowed too. You can drive your RVezy rental across the US, with popular routes including Maltby down the Oregon coast, east to Idaho via Spokane, or south toward California. Travel into British Columbia (Vancouver is about 140 miles north) depends on the host and insurance coverage, so message the host before booking to confirm. Travel into Mexico is not permitted on RVezy rentals due to insurance limits. Tip: a one-way RV road trip from Maltby toward Whistler is a bucket-list run, just clear it with your host first.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039340074-Insurance-coverage-validity

What kind of fuel mileage and gas budget should I plan for?

Plan ahead and you'll avoid surprises. Class C motorhomes near Maltby typically average 8 to 12 MPG on gas, campervans (Class B) get about 15 to 20 MPG, and a pickup towing a travel trailer usually lands around 10 to 14 MPG. Gas in the Seattle metro tends to be above the national average, so for a 400-mile loop to Mount Rainier and back in a Class C, plan roughly $150 to $200 in fuel depending on current prices. Tip: fill up in Monroe or Snohomish before heading east on US-2, prices climb noticeably once you pass Gold Bar toward Stevens Pass.

How far in advance should I book a campground near Maltby?

For summer weekends, the sooner the better. Washington State Parks opens reservations up to nine months in advance through the official Washington Going to Camp system, and prime spots like Deception Pass, Lake Easton, and Wenberg County Park book quickly for July and August. National park sites at Mount Rainier and Olympic open six months ahead on Recreation.gov. For shoulder season (May, September, October), two to four weeks is usually plenty. Tip: midweek bookings often have last-minute availability if you snag a motorhome rental Maltby has open on short notice.

What's driving an RV in and around Maltby actually like?

Maltby itself is easy driving with rural roads, low traffic, and quick access to SR-522 between Woodinville and Monroe. I-405 and I-5 through Seattle can clog at rush hour, so plan to leave before 7 a.m. or after 9 a.m. when heading south. Going east on US-2 over Stevens Pass means steep grades and switchbacks, gear down and take it slow. Winter trips may require chains on mountain passes, so check WSDOT before you go. Tip: skip the city by heading north on SR-9 to reach the North Cascades, quieter, prettier, and far less stressful for anyone new to driving an RV.
wsdot.com/travel/real-time/mountainpasses

What amenities will I find at campgrounds near Maltby?

Most campgrounds within an hour of Maltby are well-equipped for RVs. Private parks like Lake Pleasant RV Park offer full hookups (water, electric, sewer), Wi-Fi, laundry, and hot showers. Washington State Parks campgrounds typically have water and 30/50-amp electric hookups at standard RV sites, dump stations on-site, and restrooms with showers (you'll need a Discover Pass or pay the per-night fee). National forest campgrounds in Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie are more rustic, often with vault toilets and no hookups. Tip: plan a dump and fresh-water refill at Flowing Lake County Park or Lake Pleasant RV Park on your way back into town.

What's actually inside the RVs I can rent in Maltby?

More than you'd expect. Most RVs on RVezy in the Maltby area come fully equipped: real beds sleeping 2 to 8 people, a kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, and cookware, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a dining area, heat and AC, and seatbelted seats for travel. Many include a TV, Bluetooth stereo, awning, outdoor chairs, and a generator or solar setup for off-grid nights. Wi-Fi varies, and some hosts offer a mobile hotspot as an add-on. Tip: filter by sleeps count and bathroom for a family RV trip Maltby families love, then message the host to confirm bedding, towels, and kitchen kit are included.

What add-ons and pickup options should I know about?

Hosts in Maltby make it easy to customize your trip. Popular add-ons include camping chairs and tables, bedding and linen packages, kitchen kits, bike racks, generators, propane refills, and dump or clean fees if you prefer not to handle them yourself. Pickup is typically at the host's home in or around Maltby, Snohomish, Bothell, or Woodinville, with delivery available from many hosts for a per-mile fee. Mileage policies vary, some offer unlimited, others include a set number of miles per day with a small per-mile overage. Tip: bundle delivery, setup, and a linen package on your first booking to arrive at your campsite ready to relax.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Maltby%2C%20WA

How do payment and the security deposit work?

Payment is simple and fully handled on RVezy, no cash and no off-platform transfers. You pay through the platform with a credit or debit card when you book, and a refundable security deposit is held separately by the host before your trip starts, typically in the $500 to $1,500 range depending on the RV. As long as the rig comes back in the same condition with the agreed mileage and a clean interior, your deposit is released after the trip. Tip: take a quick video walk-around at pickup and drop-off, it is the single best way to avoid disputes and get your deposit back fast.
