Anthony’s 12’ GeoPro trailer was a great rental experience. It was easy to connect and disconnect, which made pickup and drop-off simple and stress-free. The trailer had everything we needed, including a table, chairs, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and place settings. The kitchen was a huge bonus and made the trip much more comfortable. Overall, it was well-equipped, easy to use, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I took my 16 year old son and 2 adult friends to there first NFL game and to watch our Oilers in Seattle in late November. Dave's RV was the perfect accommodation for the 3 days! What was awesome was the communication with Dave prior to the rental. He answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. In this day and age where customer service seems to be almost no existent Dave went above and beyond. Dave went through the pre trip check with me and my son and that interaction showed he cared about us having a positive experience. With any type of rental things could go wrong, nothing did for us, but I felt reassured Dave would be there if anything did, peace of mind! RV was just what we needed for this trip. Thanks again Dave!!

Mark was a wonderful host. This was our first time traveling by RV and he was extremely patient and accommodating with all of our questions. The RV was clean when we picked it up, stocked with household items, such as; dishes, utensils, hand soap and toilet paper. The RV is spacious and comfortable and was the perfect "house on wheels" to travel in. We needed something that would get us up north fast because of an extremely ill family member, and this made our road time so much shorter than having to stop and get a hotel. We would highly recommend Mark as a host and would rent his RV again!

Can I take my Poulsbo RV rental into Canada or out of state?

Cross-border road trips from Poulsbo are possible: you're only about 130 miles from the Peace Arch border crossing into British Columbia, and Vancouver Island is reachable by ferry from Port Angeles or Seattle. Many RVezy hosts allow travel into Canada with advance approval, just message them through the listing before booking to confirm and arrange any required documentation. Interstate trips into Oregon, Idaho, or down to California are typically allowed. Travel into Mexico is not permitted on RVezy rentals because coverage doesn't extend there. Popular RV road trip from Poulsbo routes include the Olympic Peninsula Loop (around 330 miles), the North Cascades Highway, and the Oregon Coast down to Cannon Beach.

What kind of fuel mileage should I budget for an RV trip from Poulsbo?

Plan smart and fuel won't surprise you. Campervans and Class B rentals typically get 16 to 22 mpg, Class C motorhomes 8 to 12 mpg, and Class A motorhomes 6 to 10 mpg. Washington gas prices tend to run higher than the national average, check the EIA tracker for current rates before your trip. For a 300-mile Olympic Peninsula loop in a Class C at 10 mpg, budget for about 30 gallons of fuel. Fuel up in Poulsbo or Silverdale before crossing into Olympic National Park, prices climb noticeably in Forks and along Highway 101, and Costco in Silverdale typically has the lowest gas in the county.

How far in advance should I book a campground near Poulsbo?

Book early and you'll have your pick of the best sites. Washington State Parks like Kitsap Memorial, Scenic Beach, and Illahee open reservations 9 months in advance through the official Washington State Parks reservation system, and summer weekends (especially July 4th and Labor Day) often fill within hours of release. Private parks like Eagle Tree RV Park typically book 2 to 4 months out for peak season. For shoulder-season trips in May, June, or September, 3 to 6 weeks is usually plenty. Set a reminder for the 9-month release date if you want a Hood Canal-view site at Kitsap Memorial, those go first every time.

What are driving conditions like around Poulsbo?

Driving an RV around Poulsbo is refreshingly relaxed compared to Seattle. Highway 305 (the main route through town to the Bainbridge ferry) and Highway 3 are wide two-lane roads with gentle curves, easy for first-timers. The Agate Pass Bridge has ample clearance for standard RVs. Watch for ferry-traffic backups near Winslow during commute hours and summer weekends, and use the WSDOT app for real-time updates. Rain is common October through April, so allow extra following distance. If you're heading west to Olympic National Park, Highway 101 around Lake Crescent has tight curves, take it slow. Plan ferry crossings outside of 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. weekdays to skip the worst waits.

For dumping and freshwater fills between trips, the dump station at Kitsap Memorial is open to the public for a small fee. Most state parks have potable water spigots at each loop. Bring a water pressure regulator and a quality hose, pressure at some local campgrounds can run on the low side, so good equipment helps.

You're getting a home on wheels. Most RVs on RVezy in Poulsbo come fully equipped with a queen or king bed, additional sleeping for 4 to 8 people via bunks or convertible dinettes, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, sink, cookware, dishes), a bathroom with toilet and shower, heating and air conditioning, and seatbelts for every traveling passenger. Many include a generator, solar panels, outdoor speakers, and even TVs with streaming setups. Wi-Fi is hit-or-miss in remote spots like the Hoh Rainforest, so most renters rely on cell hotspots (Verizon and AT&T tend to have the best Olympic Peninsula coverage). Check the listing's amenity list for a propane fire pit, they're often allowed during burn bans when wood fires are not.

How does payment and the security deposit work on RVezy?

Payment is simple and secure: you pay through RVezy's platform with a credit card at booking, never directly to the host. Your rental total, taxes, and any add-ons are clearly itemized before you confirm. A refundable security deposit is held separately from the booking payment a few days before pickup and released after the trip, assuming no damage or excess cleaning. To avoid any deposit issues, do the pre-trip walkthrough with your host, take photos of any existing scratches, return the RV with tanks emptied and a clean interior, and refill propane and fuel as agreed. Keep gas receipts from your last fill-up in Poulsbo or Silverdale, they're proof of return condition and make settlement quick and easy.
