Perfect getaway for two people. Van was clean spacious and bed was very comfortable. Lots of room under the bed for extras. Power system worked well and kept us cool during the hot nights. We stayed for three nights in Algonquin area on family property with out using water or electric hookups. Tyler was friendly and thorough explaining everything you need to know.. I would most definitely rent this vehicle again.
We used it for our family reunion. It was excellent, we were comfortable, everything we needed was there. We loved it.

May was wonderful to deal with. Prior to picking up the RV, we had many questions and she responded immediately every time. When picking up the RV, she explained everything we needed to know clearly and in great detail. The RV itself was first class. It was spotless and very easy to drive. We will definitely rent the RV from May again.

We are so grateful to Hero RV for giving our family an opportunity to use their RV! Everything was easy to plan and the RV was perfect for us. Communication was almost immediate through the app. although the app has some issues with disconnecting and making us sign back in every time we tried to respond to a message. The owners were very accomodating for us picking it up and returning it as we live 2.5 hours away.
We had a great trip. Great RV - very clean and well cared for - everything we needed for a great camping trip. Rick was very responsive and flexible. Would highly recommend!
