We are so grateful to Hero RV for giving our family an opportunity to use their RV! Everything was easy to plan and the RV was perfect for us. Communication was almost immediate through the app. although the app has some issues with disconnecting and making us sign back in every time we tried to respond to a message. The owners were very accomodating for us picking it up and returning it as we live 2.5 hours away.

Ian was absolutely the most wonderful host anyone can ask for. From the moment we picked up the RV to returning it he guided us throughout the entire process, did research to help us map out a great trip, was so incredibly organized with all the tools and equipment we needed including fun activities to add to our adventure. We had the most wonderful time and felt fully prepared for our time away from the city. The bed was so comfy, an easy drive and overall the perfect little home on wheels.
