Beauvais Lake Provincial Park, AB, Canada
Beauvais Lake Provincial Park is 11.5 km west of Pincher Creek via Highway 507, then 8.5 km south on Highway 775, both well-maintained two-lane highways suitable for RV travel. Lethbridge is approximately 119 km away and Calgary International Airport is approximately 251 km northeast, about 2 hours by car. Highway 507 and 775 are lightly trafficked, in excellent condition, with no steep grades or mountain passes restricting RV access. For fly-and-rent options, Lethbridge County Airport and Calgary International are the closest airports.
The best time for full-facility RV camping is May through September, when water service, dump station, and all amenities are available. July and August offer warm, stable weather with daytime highs around 24°C, ideal for hiking and water activities. May and September provide cooler conditions with fewer crowds. Winter camping is available October 1 through April 30 on sites 1-15 on a first-come, first-serve basis with power only and no water access.

Mount Albert is the premier hiking destination in Beauvais Lake Provincial Park. This 7.0 km backcountry loop trail gains 250 m elevation and typically requires 3 to 3.5 hours to complete. Piney Point is an accessible trail suitable for families and casual hikers, offering scenic views without extreme difficulty. The Homestead Loop is a moderate 4.3 km trail suitable for intermediate hikers and mountain bikers. Beauvais Lake is stocked with rainbow trout, making it a prime destination for anglers. Fishing is accessible from the shoreline or by boat, with a boat launch available at the campground. Trails throughout the park are open for winter use, though not maintained for snow clearing or machine packing. Extremely clean trailer. Equipped with newer efficient systems. Lightly and tastefully decorated with adequate supply of cooking and eating essentials, coffee maker, and coffee included, bedding was clean and comfortable fridge was cold. Cool RGB awning light.
